Laura: In April of this year I decided that the one thing that would pull me out of my little rut was to pack in my comfy life and good job in NZ, in favour of going footloose and fancy free on a 57 day Tucan Travel tour, starting in Russia and finishing in Turkey, then meeting my friend Charley in Greece for a week, hanging in NYC for two days, then going to Canada for a year on a working holiday visa. So, four months and a lot of financial help from my grandmother later, I was on a plane....
